From executive producer Robert Redford, Robert Redford's The West explores the dramatic evolution of the American West, when cowboys, Indians, outlaws and sheriffs populated the land. The adventure series reveals the real-life stories behind many infamous Wild West legends, including Jesse James, Billy the Kid, Wyatt Earp, Crazy Horse, Sitting Bull and George Custer. Featuring interviews from famous film cowboys, including Burt Reynolds, Tom Selleck, Kiefer Sutherland, Kris Kristofferson and Ed Harris, the series shows how the opportunity of land turned the US into the Land of Opportunity.
